This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading Kent Legal firm where you will be responsible in providing clinical negligence claims handling and some personal injury.
Candidates seeking full-time and part-time opportunities are welcome.
Main Responsibilities:
To undertake a wide variety of general services including:
• Proficient conduct of client matters
• Compliance with the Company’s routine time recording, accounts and administrative disciplines
• Assisting with the provision of holiday cover
• Attending Litigation/PI Department meetings and such training courses as determined necessary to maintain personal skills and knowledge base
• The attainment of set targets
• Following supplier’s operating manual and maintaining files to required standard
• Dealing with issue of proceedings including Part 8 applications
• Attending court appointments
• Day to day liaison with Director
Key Skills and Experience:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical negligence related law
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities
• Must be skilled in negotiation, debate and persuasion techniques
