Are you an experienced Payroll Manager? Do you have want to work for one of Kent's leading Chartered Accountants? As a Payroll Manager you will be based in Dover and have ideally experience already within a practise but industry knowledge will also be considered.
Key Skills
* Experience of SAGE Payroll and cloud based payroll systems;
* RTI and Manual Payroll calculations;
* Practise experience preferred but not essential.
Key responsibilities
* Process weekly and monthly payrolls on SAGE payroll;
* Provide Auto Enrolment Pensions advice and ensure compliance including processing of starters and leavers;
* Set up new AE Pension schemes;
* Reconciling PAYE liabilities;
* Processing CIS Returns each month;
* Upload documents into secure cloud systems;
* Raise invoices for payroll services delivered;
* Liaise with clients by phone and e-mail and attend occasional client meetings, as required;
* Manage payroll client list to ensure timely delivery of service, to cover holidays, involving other staff as necessary.
