Production Team Leader - Paddock Wood - £19.5k - £23.5k
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervising and managing the performance of the team in Production
* Carry out inductions for any temporary staff within the Production team
* Briefing staff members and maintaining communication between the team to ensure the smooth running of the production line
* Implementing the production plan and organising staff effectively
* Reporting any equipment faults
Requirements:
* Previous team lead/managerial experience
* Ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively
* Packaging or production experience desirable
* Fresh produce experience desirable
* Ability to speak another European Language desirable
* Must drive due to the location of the role
Monday - Friday 5:45am - 2:45pm (occasional weekend & afternoon shift)
25 days holiday + bank holidays
