Finance Admin Assistant

Salary: £18,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Location: Tunbridge Wells

The Company:

The company are an innovative and entrepreneurial group of companies who are an Investors in People Gold Champion organisation. They are looking for a Finance Admin Assistant to work within the Sales and Finance office. No previous experience is necessary however we would encourage applications from candidates who want to get into finance or candidates with an accounting and finance related qualification.

The Job Role:

* Deal with all administrative related tasks within the Sales and Finance office
* Assist with daily banking and ensuring all queries are completed on a timely basis
* Process cheque cancellations/reissues and assist with payment queries
* Ensure that all work is accurate, deadlines are met and that the workload is managed effectively
* Maintain timely and appropriate communication both internally and externally

Skills:

* Excellent attention to detail
* High level of accuracy
* Excel skills
* Confident phone manner
* Team player
* Able to work in a busy environment
