Finance Manager job Mid-Kent £30k-£35k. Experience in managing AP & AR functions with improving processes

Your new company
You will be working for a changing Not-For Profit organisation based in the heart of Mid-Kent which is accessible via public transport as well as onsite parking. You will work in their new offices with plenty of benefits onsite.

Your new role
You will manage the Rent, Sales and Purchase Ledgers and lead on the financial aspects of the annual rent review. You will be involved in all the invoicing, payment processing and account reconciliations. You will lead a small team to help deliver on deadlines and targets. You will improve on the current systems, processes and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in managing a small finance team including overseeing both accounts payable and receivable functions. You will have experience in improving systems by automation and changing processes and procedures. You will ideally be working towards an accounting qualification and come from a Not-For-Profit background.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary in the region of £30k - £35k dependant on experience and excellent additional company benefits.
