Main responsibilities:

Assist Innovation Manager with requests for information, product visits and showcases, and trade shows
*
Liaise with Sales Manager on outcomes of samples and customer feedback
*
Engage with Factory Trials
*
Attend and input to NPD meetings
*
Product costings
*
Attend UK and International Wholesale and Foodservice customer food shows
*
Investigate current food trends
Experience:
*
Diploma in food related subject, or strong interest in food
*
Driving licence essential due to location
*
Marketing interest and understanding
This role would suit a recent graduate, or trained chef looking to make a move into a marketing and sales role, that is still involved in innovation.
