Lovely telemarketing role working in nice offices with a friendly team! Flexible working hours!!
Our client requires someone to make around 30 outbound calls per day mainly to the construction industry. Call will be to existing customers and prospects from our own database - no hard selling.
The candidate needs to demonstrate the following:
• Positive and engaging manner
• Excellent communications skills – confident with talking on the phone
• Previous experience with CRM systems would be preferred
• IT literate including being confident working with Outlook
• Demonstrate time management skills
• Works well within teams.
• Experience in previous telemarketing role would be ideal.
A mature understanding and experience with working with social media would also be a benefit in the role.
