Lauriem Complete Care Ltd are a successful social care organisation and KCC contracted provider. We are currently looking for Community Care Workers to join our team in Deal & Dover, full time and part time available. The job role will be to support and work with vulnerable adults in the community & sheltered housing for the following Client base - Mental Health, Dementia, Long Term Medical Conditions, Learning Disabilities and Physical Health Problems, with their daily activities to include personal care, medication, shopping, choices and decisions, social inclusion and social support. Daily activities can include personal care, medication, shopping, choices and decisions, social inclusion and social support.

Previous care experience is not essential as full in-house training and mentoring is provided, with the opportunity to gain a QCF level 2 Qualification in Health & Social Care after completing your probationary period.

HOURS WE OFFER:
Part-time & full-time hours (subject to availability)
Evenings & weekends
Zero hours, you pick when you want to work (must have some availability every other weekend)
