My Client based in Dover, A top 20 Accountancy practice are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team.
The duties will include:
• To process weekly and monthly payrolls on SAGE payroll for 70 clients this will involve about 100 processes per month.
• Largest payroll 70 employees, 3 medium payrolls of 25 employees, approx. 65 small payrolls.
• Auto Enrolment Pensions advice and compliance.
• Set up new AE Pension schemes.
• Reconciling PAYE liabilities.
• Processing about 6 CIS Returns each month.
• Upload documents into secure Cloud systems.
• Raise invoices for payroll services delivered.
• Liaise with clients by phone and e-mail.
• Occasional client meetings as needed.
