New Appointments Group have an exciting opportunity for a talented Lettings Agent to join our fast growing client based in Canterbury.
If you have a buzz for sales and a passion for customer service this is going to be an amazing opportunity for you. As part of the role you will be:
* Meeting prospective renters and showing them round properties;
* Building great rapport and client relationships;
* Offering a personalised customer service;
* You will be a clear communicator and a good listener;
* You'll need to be organised, quick thinking and energetic.
In return you will be given a competitive salary and generous commission structure and mileage paid for out of office travel.
This is a full time Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with the very occasional Saturday when required. Due to the nature of the role you must have a full and clean driving licence.
Because of an increase in demand you will need to be available to start on an immediate basis.
