Middleweight Designer

We are looking for a passionate, exceptionally talented middleweight designer to join our agency team as we continue to grow and work with larger brands and organisations. This position is ideal for anyone looking to work in Kent, as opposed to London without forsaking the opportunity to work on some exciting projects. Opportunity for days working remotely also.

Designer - Up to £36,000 - Folkestone, Kent

As a Middleweight Designer you will be tasked with developing and owning creative from concept through to delivery, with projects greatly varied from branding, packaging and UX/UI design. Working closely with the creative director, the work is very diverse. You will be working with a team of developers and be responsible for working with our team and progressing to a lead designer as our team develops and grows.

We are a fast growing agency working with a range of clientele, from food brands, luxury technology and financial firms and Worldwide Charitable organisations. Our work consists of branding, packaging, marketing material and website and web application design and development. In late 2019 we will be growing our design team and our capacity with the clients we work with - this role is a big part in that growth.



THE ROLE


We are looking for an exceptional designer to help continue to grow our team. You should be able to adopt creative briefs and deliver concepts to deadlines. As well as helping launch products on retail shelves, a large proportion of our work is designing for worldwide christian organisations; an understanding of this sector is preferred. You will be part of the creative team and work closely with a team of specialists across the business championing insightful, strategic and beautiful design solutions for clients. 


YOU


To be considered for this role you will need to be collaborative and experienced in carrying projects through from conception to production. You'll be detail orientated but also ideas driven. 
You'll need to have proven experience or portfolio working with a range of clients, showing abilities to do the following tasks:

- Brand Identity, from concepts through to final release

- Packaging and design for products held in hand by consumers

- UX and UI design and understanding of website design for the development team to adopt.  

- Design of POS, marketing material for brands.
