Our client is looking for an experienced Head Chef to run their busy kitchen in their high end hotel and restaurant. You will be required to:
Manage the kitchen team, create menus, do stock ordering and bulk purchases, ensure food quality, oversee food preparation, make sure presentation is at it's best, monitor inventory levels, increase pricing and budgeting efficiency, hire and train staff, ensure hygiene requirements are met.
You will need to have 4 years of Chef experience plus have run your own kitchen, be able manage and inspire staff, handle a budget, be passionate about food and cooking and have excellent organisational skills.
Good shift pattern and live in accommodation if required.
