CAD Technician / Building Technician job, Brighton, circa £28k

Exclusive job opportunity for a graduate architectural technician to join a nationwide organisation, currently one of the UK's largest employers. The projects team are looking for an AutoCAD technician to support in the management of over 60 locations across Sussex. The team are responsible for all architectural project developments, ranging from small scale refurbishments to major redevelopment schemes.

Your new role
This is a versatile role with no two days the same. You'll utilise your fluency in AutoCAD to produce quality layouts and details. You'll attend project meetings with both internal and external consultancies and regularly join your team members on regular site visits and quickly develop your surveying abilities.

What you'll need to succeed
Fluency in AutoCAD is essential for the role and you'll need to be adaptable to learning other software packages. You'll pay close attention to detail when producing quality drawings. You'll be a confident communicator, able to liaise with multiple departments and communicate your ideas and important project information effectively. You'll be conscientious, adaptable to new situations and keen to learn new skills.
