An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounting Associate to join my clients multi-national organisation in Tunbridge Wells.
The Accounting Associate is a newly created role and will have the responsibility of working with the New York and European offices dealing with the day to day financial and accounting operations. The role is very broad and varied and will have the responsibility of the following:
Assist with monthly close process and financial statement preparation for monthly management reporting.
Regular bank reconciliations.
Journal entry processing.
Balance sheet account reconciliation.
Processing of vendor bills and their payment and resolving vendor inquiries.
Generating client invoices and allocating receipts.
Credit control to ensure good cashflow.
Other accounting related projects.
We are looking for candidates who have experience in an accounts/finance role and someone who is looking to take the next step in their career, working for a market leading company.
Experience needed:
Prior experience overseeing financial statement preparation.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Self-motivated and disciplined.
IT literate – understand accounts/project management systems.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Hebrew not essential but certainly an advantage.
