How would you like to work for a Global business, based in modern open plan offices just outside of the town centre in Ashford? The offices are light and modern with free parking right next to the building, a great working environment is on offer. We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join this employer of choice on a temporary to permanent basis. Great working hours of 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You will be working as part of a busy team in a friendly environment with no targets or KPI's.

Your role will include:

* Responding to customer queries, mainly through the website or emails
* Updating the database with customer and order informaiton
* Answering calls and replying to emails
* Processing and updating orders
* Dealing with a range of business customers
* Liaising with the Finance team, sending invoices
* General administration and supporting the team as required

Experience within an office based role is essential to be considered for this role, along with a good work ethic and accuracy.
