In this bookkeeping and tax role, you will be working for a range of clients on a mix of accounts preparation, bookkeeping, VAT returns and personal tax. The position could be full or part-time.

• The accounting work will be pulling together client information from cloud-based bookkeeping as well as traditional records ready for completion.
• Bookkeeping will involve completing trial balance for individual and company clients including their VAT returns.
• Your tax work will be completing self-assessment personal tax returns.
To be considered for this vacancy, previous work experience gained with accountancy practice is essential, along with an interest in developing your long-term career in accountancy.
Ideally, you should have a working knowledge of Sage, Xero, or other client accounting packages.
• Candidates should be at the latter stages of their AAT, or part qualified ACCA qualification.
• Equal consideration would be given to candidates who have some years of valuable accounting experience.
• The over-riding factor is an interest in providing a high-quality service to clients.
• Hours of work will be discussed at interview.
