Telesales Representative - Gillingham - £20k + uncapped commission

Are you looking to kick start your career in sales? If so this may be the perfect opportunity for you! Our client is currently looking for a telesales representative to join their team based in Gillingham.

Main Responsibilities:

* Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
* Managing customer accounts and meeting sales targets
* Updating customer details on the company system
* Following up on warm leads and upselling products
* Working with a team of sales representatives to meet weekly sales targets
* Attending team meetings

Requirements:

* Previous experience within a similar sales position would be desirable
* Previous experience within medical, dental, veterinary or laboratory would be advantageous
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team
* Confident telephone manner
* Good IT skills

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch)
