Resource Development (UK) Ltd are an IT distribution company based in Strood, Kent. We specialise in the refurbishment of Laptop and desktop PCs, which we sell through a network of resellers throughout the United Kingdom
We will reach our 25th anniversary in 2019 and as part of an ongoing expansion plan have vacancies for full time Telesales Executives.
The role: We have a qualified prospect database of Computer resellers that require canvassing and developing into live accounts via the use of telesales. Whilst the role is not particularly reliant upon technical knowledge, applicants with some knowledge of IT products will be at an advantage. However, more important is the ability to build effective relationships over the telephone - our customers tend to order regularly from us and so a big emphasis is placed upon account retention and development.
The ideal candidate: Someone with experience in a similar environment who can demonstrate a proven track record of success, although as important is a real desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Prerequisites are a high level of confidence & self-belief. Product training will be provided.
Remuneration will be by way of basic salary plus commission with an OTE of around £20 - £25k. The basic starting salary is negotiable depending on age and/or experience.
