Our client based in East Kent that is globally known for its products which they develop, manufacture and distribute worldwide are seeking a Customer Services Manager.
As the Customer Service Manager you will head up the customer service department and you will be responsible for the management of this busy department and will be an integral part of the management team.
You as the Customer Service Manager you will have a high level of management skills, ensuring that the team are fully trained and you will ensure that the high levels of service are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring that the customer service team are trained to deliver the sales targets
* Management of all personnel matters within the customer service team to include absence monitoring, performance management, recruitment and selection of staff and training needs
* Close liaison with various departments on all aspects of order procession and dispatch of special orders and promotions
* The development of business relationships around the business ensuring that the Customer Service team are fully briefed in terms of promotions/new product launches etc
* Responsible for trade pro-forma payments, reviewing high risk payments and conducting of regular audits regarding refund processing
Key Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience within call centre management (ideally experience with a portfolio of brands)
* Able to deliver results and work in a very busy and high pressurised environment
* Excellent communication, administration and organisational skills
* Strong leadership skills
* Second to none customer service skills
