An exciting, well respected and successful Legal 500 with a Chambers-ranked Private Client team are currently seeking a new Private Client Solicitor (NQ-5 years PQE) to join them in their modern offices in Maidstone.

They are seeking a Private Client Solicitor who will handle a case load made up of a wide variety of matters including:

* Wills
* Probate
* Trust
* Estate planning
* Court of Protection

The successful Private Client Solicitor will work under supervision (dependent on PQE), learning from highly experienced Senior Associates/Partners. You will be given the opportunity to shadow on more complex matters.

The successful Private Client Solicitor will offer the following background/skillset:

* Be a qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify in September) - newly qualified to 5 years PQE
* Experience gained in private client law
* Ideally some experience of charities work (not essential)
* Pragmatic approach
* Commercial awareness
* Able to manage own case load (under supervision where necessary)
