We are seeking a talented and energetic Graphic Design Assistant to work in-house at our Ashford based office. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be able to execute projects quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce customer orientated ‘personalised artwork’ and dispatch them.
• Maintain daily printing and maintenance on UV and Dye equipment. (Full training given).
• Responding to emails and telephone queries within the role.
• Creating corporate branding for new purchase orders.
• Good photography skills for recording events and product launches.
• Assisting the design department when required.
Essential knowledge and skills

• Good working knowledge of Apple OSX 10.12, Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Illustrator CC is essential.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Proven competence in design and image processing software.
• Professional attitude and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Pro-active and able to take initiative.
• Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate photo editing skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Experience is preferred but not essential.

20 days holiday + bank holidays per annum.
