An organisation that has been established for over 30 years are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team. The position has been created due to the current employee retiring in September. The post holder has been with the company for over 10 years and has said that it is one of the nicest places she has ever worked and will be very sad to leave. Her last working day is the 15th of September so ideally they would like someone in post by mid-August to enable a handover.
Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Processing all purchase invoices
- Match batch and coding of invoices
- Staff expenses
- Bank reconciliations
- Petty Cash
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate their experience gained from a similar role and have the ability to process high volume and value invoices. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits package.
