Site Manager - Canterbury - Salary DOE
Our client has a great reputation in the construction industry for delivering a quality service, on time and on budget. Our client is based in East Kent and is ideally looking for a Site Manager that is happy to work on their sites in the South East, predominantly in Kent.
Our client is a developer of residential sites but where quality is at the heart of what they do. So, it is important that you have a keen eye for detail.
In addition to this, an aptitude to read and understand grid lines, datum points and installation drawings is essential.
The right individual will be qualified to SMSTS and hold a current trade specific CSCS card.
Skills:
* At least 5 years' experience in managing building services
* IOSH & NEBOSH - advantage but not essential
* Health & Safety and environmental qualifications
* Strong managerial experience
* First Aid
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* A great team player
Desired skills in residential construction sites a distinct advantage for this Site Manager role.
