·The role of Account Management Assistant forms part of the Production & Placement Team. Based in London, the candidate that fills this role will work with our Brokers in providing coordinated placement support and client servicing.
·This person will be involved in supporting the Brokers in all aspects of account management, including: New submission review; Websure record entry; producer correspondence and liaison; slip and broking pack preparation; quote preparation; cover note and debit note preparation; renewal management; and other on-going account management activities.
·The Account Management Assistant will report to Constance Hawker (Head of Production & Placement).
·The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree from a Russell Group university or similar. Graduated with at least a 2:1.
·They will be able to demonstrate a very high standard of written English, strong numeracy skills, and outstanding attention to detail.
·They do not need to have had any previous insurance experience, but should have had at least six months' experience of working in an office environment.
·Fluency in a second language is highly desirable, in particular Spanish, Arabic or Mandarin Chinese.
·The role requires interaction with our clients around the world, so strong verbal communications skills are also important.
·They will be expected to study with a goal of achieving an appropriate professional qualification (such as RPLU and/or ACII).
·Success in this role offers the opportunity for promotion to a senior account management or broking position.
