PA with Legal Experience - Sittingbourne - £13 per hour - Immediate Start
Our client based in Sittingbourne is currently looking to recruit a PA, ideally with Legal knowledge to join their busy team.
Duties:
Undertake responsibility for a comprehensive range of PA and administrative duties ensuring confidentiality, discretion, tact and the exercise of sound judgement.
* Undertake preparation of reports, compilation of letters and correspondence, and a range of documentation.
* Creating presentations using PowerPoint
* Taking minutes in meetings
* Assisting in projects
* Proof reading documentation
* Liaise and communicate with employees across the business
* Co-ordinate various meetings
