We are currently recruiting for a sales ledger clerk / accounts assistant.
Main Duties -
• Rating individual jobs using pre-defined pricing matrix
• Producing and sending customer invoices
• Sending customer statements
• Customer query resolution
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
• Posting journal
• Period end reconciliations
• Preparing financial reports
• You will be working as part of a small friendly finance team where you will be responsible for raising both high value and high volume invoices.
Working Week Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm (30 min lunch break).
