The Development Support Engineer role at RDT
Our Development Support Engineers work with our clients as their business and the market evolves by supporting coding changes to the RDT developed system that they use. Our people are software specialists with excellent coding skills and are fundamental to ensuring we continue to deliver solutions and customer experiences that meet our high standards.
The role reports directly to the Lead Software Engineers and works closely with architects, database specialists, business analysts, QA’s and other software engineers in an agile environment, yours is a key role in liaising with your team, our customers and, at times, third parties. You will be a point of escalation within the Client Support Team for resolving complex customer issues and delivering fixes.
