Collections Administrator - Immediate start
Temp (2 Month Contract)
£11 - £12 per hour
Our client based in Chatham is looking to recruit a Collections Administrator on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their customer service skills.
The successful candidate will be -
* Experienced in customer service and ideally collections
* Excellent communicator, with high degree of self-awareness, confidence and resilience
* Great attention to detail, and ability to use technology in the workplace
* A team-player who is willing to take responsibility, but can also work independently
* Compassionate, grounded, logical and objective
* Able to follow through on difficult decisions
