We are currently recruiting for an administrator to work for one of our clients based in Ashford.
Working hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday 09:00 – 17:00
You will be required to input data into spreadsheets using excel, answer the phone, you will also be required to correspond to emails, answer the phones in a professional manor, speaking and liaising to other staff members and customers. Training is provided.
This position is an ongoing position with the possibility of being taken on permanently for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• Excellent telephone manor
• Finance background
• Experience with invoicing and raising PO’s
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Experience using Microsoft software
• Excellent timekeeping skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Reliable
This position is paying £11.00 per hour.
This position has an immediate start date of 28/5/19
