We are a family run landscaping company based in Kent, looking to employ a new grounds maintenance team leader.
Ideally the successful candidate should have 3 years or more experience within the landscaping sector, full driving licence and excellent communications skills with both the public and members of their team, self motivated and reliable.
The role will involve you working with a team of operatives, responsible for your van and the loading and unloading of the relevant tools. You will be responsible for a number of sites, which will need to be maintained on a weekly/fortnightly basis.
The candidate will need to be competent in all aspects of garden maintenance, including:
• Weeding
• Pruning
• Planting
• Lawn mowing
• Hedge cutting
• Strimming
• Leaf blowing and collection
• Litter picking
They will be expected to be at the first job by 8.00am and will usually finish for the day at 4.00pm, this may vary if a job necessitates, but in the winter months will have reduced hours.
