Office Angels Dartford is recruiting for a Receptionist with an existing DBS to complete a part time assignment, working 21 hours per week.
Our client is in the excellent position to be able to offer a variety of shift patterns to accommodate existing commitments.
As this is an immediate start opportunity it is essential that a DBS dated within the last 12 months is in place.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
* Taking and screening telephone calls
* Passing on messages received by phone and email
* Administration including filing, archiving and data entry
* Use of MS Office
