We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified person to provide a support to the Facilities Manager to maintain all college buildings and facilities to the highest standards ensuring full compliance with all legislative requirements
This role will be responsible for the reactive and planned maintenance and services that support the core business that include facilities, building, security and contract management. Ensuring the provision of a professional repair and maintenance service to the College through effective leadership of the In-house Maintenance Team.
The ideal candidate will be able to react quickly and resourcefully to changing requirements, be able to motivate a diverse team with excellent written and communication skills.
Full Driving Licence is essential, Health and Safety/IOSH/NEBOSH certificate is desirable
Monday – Friday 07:30 – 17:00 (with 1 hour unpaid for lunch)
The Facilities Co-ordinator will also be required to work alternate Saturday mornings (Term-time)
