Teacher of Drama – Gravesend – September Start
Paid depending on experience – Part-time – Perm

Supply Desk is working in partnership with an Outstanding Grammar school in the Gravesend area, sourcing for a Drama Teacher. The role will be a part-time position with either 3 or 4 days required a week, and will be commencing in the new academic year.
Experienced Teachers and Newly Qualified Teachers alike are welcome to apply.


The School

The school in question is a Grammar school, graded as Outstanding by Ofsted. The behaviour is marked out as being excellent and the students are highly motivated to learn and are eager to be engaged.
They are a specialist Science College too so they have managed to implement fantastic ICT resources that are a big part of the entire curriculum and has proven to be a huge benefit to the students. This is something that school is passionate about integrating across all subjects to ensure they can get the most out them.


The Role
• Planning and delivering KS3 to KS5 Drama lessons
• Collaborating with the wider Performing Arts Department
• Form Tutor and break cover responsibilities


The Ideal Candidate
• Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have a specialism in Drama
• Comfortable teaching Drama to the UK curriculum
• Have experience teaching Drama in a UK secondary school
• MUST be DBS checked
