CTO Technologies Limited is an enthusiastic and fast-growing IT consultancy and managed service company based in West Malling, Kent.

Our mission is to transform and enhance the IT services industry and we are looking for talented like-minded people to work with us to deliver this change. We are currently looking for a full time Technical Services Manager to come and work with us and be a part of something really exciting.

The person we are looking for has the skills to manage their own workload & projects across multiple clients. You will also work with third parties to ensure defined service levels are met and make sure that our clients continue to benefit from high quality services.

You will provide leadership, drive and focus to the technical team, deliver technical consultancy services, create and design technical solutions for our customers and be the escalation point for technical issues across a wide variety of market sectors and geographical locations for our managed service customers.

The successful candidate will:

• Take ownership of our current technical teams
• Have a good technical understanding of infrastructure services
• Be able to question and critique technical projects and deployments
• A broad understanding of technology services
• Ensure continued performance of the teams, utilising KPI’s to measure, monitor and improve them
• Constantly ensure technical knowledge is up to date to provide accurate, timely and concise information throughout the company
• Identify training needs and promote learning within the Technical Team
• Have keen attention to detail
• Be results orientated with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a proven track record in successful and timely delivery of all work offset against shifting BAU demands
• Be able to produce clear documentation and communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Have demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes.
• Be experienced in managing multiple IT disciplines, including field-based employees

Desirable qualities:

• Experience with Cloud platforms
• Involvement in delivering complex technical projects
• Experience working within the public sector
• Qualifications within the industry
• Qualification in service management

The successful applicant will be required to travel to various client sites so having a current driving licence would be an advantage.

Salary: £50,000.00 to £55,000.00 /year depending on experience
