Branch Manager
Based in Sittingbourne
£28,000 Per Annum Basic Salary (£55,000 - £60,000 Per Annum OTE)

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable firm of Estate Agents with offices across the South East.

Joining the Sittingbourne office, the focus of this role will be to direct and motivate an ambitious team with the goal of increasing revenue across sales, lettings and financial services.

Applicants will ideally have experience working as a Branch Manager within estate agency or will be an Assistant Branch Manager looking for progression.

Working five days per week (including two Saturdays out of every three), this role will be paying a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, taking into account on target earnings, with additional benefits on offer.

Due to the travel requirements of the role, a full driving licence is required (a company car will be provided).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the team is motivated and successful, setting incentives and providing excellent training and support.
• Carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner.
• Ensure the branch is running in an orderly and compliant fashion.
• Strive to meet and exceed both personal and overall team targets.
• Recruit and induct new staff.

Person Specification:

• Previous experience as Branch Manager is highly preferred for this role, although applications from Assistant Branch Managers will also be considered.
• Have the ability to cope and thrive with high volumes of work.
• Have a strong, ambitious and driven personality.
• Be highly organised and take pride in the success of your staff.
• Have a customer orientated outlook.
• Hold a full, current driving licence.
