Mobile cleaning Supervisor wanted in Kent ASAP £10:00 per hour on going work must be able to drive
Experienced Supervisor Cleaner
Covering the Kent area
Long-term Temporary Contracts.
Based 37.5 Hours a week
Monday to Friday.
£10 per hour inclusive of holiday.
Overview of the position: To manage and supervise the workforce delivering works to programme, managing labour cost and maximising value, and improving productivity. Deliver works to highest standards of quality, health and safety and customer service. Be able to manage and communicate with clients and the workforce.
Be able to motivate the workforce and manage their timesheets and annual leave.
Undertake workforce inductions and team briefs.
You must be able to maintain accurate records to ensure correct allocation and valuation of completed work. Undertake appropriate liaison both before and during the operations and consider the impact on the customer.
You will be working in a unique environment with a strong sense of team working. You must be able to drive as a van is supplied.
Experience: Previous cleaning experience is required for this role, ideally in a commercial setting.
Successful applicants will have a background in cleaning and being a supervisor, and will be assessed based on the following competencies: Acting with integrity, respecting others, Building relationships and team working, communicating effectively, developing self and others.
You would have experience of managing and communicating with a workforce and customer service background.
All applicants will be subject to a Standard DBS/ CRB Check which can take up to 3 weeks to complete.
You must hold a Valid Passport or Birth Certificate & Photo Driving Licence in your current address. All applicants must be able to provide details of 2 satisfactory references, at least one from an ex-employer.
