We are looking for a hardworking and passionate sous chef to join our team within an exciting pub brand. This role is a great opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills within an expanding company, whilst working alongside a dynamic team.
Main duties will involve:
Supporting the head chef in the daily running of the kitchen
Ensuring highest levels of guest satisfaction through the quality of the food
Developing the menu and adhering to high standards of preparation, delivery and presentation of food
Maintain food hygiene standards & Health and Safety legislation at all times
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience in a busy kitchen environment
Have excellent cooking skills and product knowledge
Be able to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
Have the ability to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working
Be driven with a positive attitude to work.
Be passionate about food
