Site Retail Group is a fast and exciting group of recruitment businesses that has grown rapidly across a number of sectors and have launched 2 new companies this year within the group. Currently a team of 10 and looking to grow again.

We are looking to recruit a business developer to join our construction division working closely with the directors helping build an already established brand within the Kent market even further, this is a highly unique role as you will have over 30 years’ experience within the industry between the directors meaning you will have all questions answered quickly and efficiently.

For this particular role you do not require any previous experience in recruitment, but some experience in a sales environment would be of use.

Business Developer Roles

- Obtain key decision makers Names, Numbers & Emails
- Build relationships with clients finding out key information
- Registering jobs from clients
- Recording and storing all calls on the company database
- Report back to Directors on a daily basis with information gained from calls
