Secondary Transition Teacher - Primary Trained - Working with Year 7 and 8 - Thanet - Permanent - MPS

I am currently looking for a secondary transition teacher for a warm and welcoming secondary school in Thanet. My client is looking for someone who is primary trained and a confident upper KS2 teacher to join their tight knit team. This is a permanent role from September and my client will be looking to pay to scale.
This exciting opportunity forms part of the schools new curriculum in which the successful candidate will lead their class of 30 year 7 or 8 students through the main core subjects as a group, allowing them to form a good relationship with their class. My client is keen to focus on effective working relationships with the pupils and their families so will want a candidate that is amiable, empathetic and passionate about their role. They are also willing to offer lots of opportunities for CPD and will offer lots of support to ensure the successful candidate is integrated effectively into their team. My client's school has great facilities, a strong team of staff, onsite parking and lots of opportunities to progress in this role.
