Our client is a large estate agency with offices throughout Kent. They are looking for enthusiastic people to join their existing team and become part of their busy offices.

You will based from one of their offices making outbound telephone calls, whether that be re-generating interest by talking to previous clients, arranging valuations and viewings or securing an appointment for our in-house mortgage advisors.

Ideally you will have had some previous sales experience, ideally within the property market, although full training will be given.

Your commission is personal to your results and your expected Year 1 earnings will be up to £25,000. However, as you develop your skills and progress up the promotional ladder, your earnings can easily reach 3 or 4 times that amount.

Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (1 Saturday in 3 off)

Salary: £18,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months)
On Target Earnings: £25,000
