Launch Pad is a partnership Mentoring project delivered by CXK, The Princes Trust and KATO.
Supporting unemployed young adults aged 18 – 28 year olds to move into employment we are looking to employ a full-time Mentor to support, advise and guide those on the project. Working mainly in Medway but also in Swale when needed, the post holder will need experience of managing a caseload of individuals who may present with complex needs and barriers to progressing. The role is to support people into positive progressions helping them improve their skills and confidence to be work ready.
Excellent skills in partnership working and advocating for clients is essential.
