My client is currently recruiting for an Account Executive to join their team in the Kent/ Sussex area.
You will be ambitious and dynamic, capable of providing outstanding customer service to my clients existing larger corporate and personal clients. This opportunity will suit someone with a track record of externally advising customers about their commercial and personal lines of insurance.
This is both an office and face to face based servicing position which requires the following attributes to be successful:
Strong relationship builder
Cross selling and lead generation
Team player
Cheerfulness
Calm under pressure
Can do attitude
Organised
Initiative
Commitment to excellence
Minimum 5 years experience in commercial Insurance
You will work at the heart of my my clients expanding business, proactively identifying new cross-selling opportunities for General Insurance, Financial Services and Risk Management Services.
You will retain customers through meaningful and value based insurance advise -moving the discussion away from purely cost and articulating the dependable and comprehensive nature of my clients insurance services.
The salary is competitive from 30 - 45k plus car. Position is full time with standard office hours, five days a week.
