We design and build large commercial fountain installations predominantly within the UK from our base in The Historic Dockyard in Chatham.

We are looking to bring on board a highly motivated M&E Project Manager who can work alongside our very experienced, successful, and ambitious team where our central concern is ensuring that our prestigious projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Reporting directly to our Projects Director, you will be responsible for planning, procurement, staffing, and financial management of the projects under their charge. We employ our own experienced M&E installation teams and occasionally supplement this with specialist sub-contractor support. You will be responsible for the cost control of sub-contractors and suppliers working within clearly defined company procedures. Whilst this is predominantly an office-based position and VC facilities are available, there is an essential requirement that sites be visited, and client site meetings be attended. Due to the specialist nature of our work this can involve trips both within the UK and possibly abroad. Project values vary in size, but it is anticipated that you will initially manage projects with a value of between £100k and £1m.
