A highly regarded organisation based in East Kent that develops, manufactures and supplies for a global market, offering a collection of truly iconic brands.


General duties to include:
• Act as 1st/2nd/3rd line support to the business (globally) for the ERP system on all user reported support calls
• Take full ownership of user reported support calls from initial escalation through progression to successful completion, obtaining user sign-off as required
• Work and effectively communicate with 1st line support, to provide updates to specific and generic issues
• Effectively communicate with other systems team members to expedite solutions
• Be able to troubleshoot application problems, provide advice and carry out remedial action
• Communicate with 3rd party support partners in the logging and closing down of referred calls and monitoring their SLAs
• Liaise with user teams to understand requirements
• Perform key application administration duties
• Provide on-the-job training to new staff members when required
• Create and keep updated system documentation and train out new processes where required

Key Skills and Experience:
• Will possess at least 3 years practical experience in the use and support of MS Dynamics AX 2012 (Understanding of all modules including Security)
• Experience of problem solving and testing
• Specific experience in delivering Small/Medium sized AX projects using Agile methodology
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycles
• Ability to create and update documentation for AX processes and procedures
• Excellent Excel Skills
• Own or be working towards qualifications such as ITIL, Microsoft AX certs, Microsoft SQL is desirable
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
