An exciting new position has become available for a experienced Sales/Account Manager (Native French speaker is essential) to join a successful client based in London.
Our client is seeking a dynamic, proactive and commercially minded Account Manager with strong sales skills. This role is part of a UK based team working with clients in the French market.
Responsibilities:
* Take overall responsibility for your portfolio of designated clients
* Understanding the client life-cycle in order to create, manage and track strategies and to take opportunity to retain and develop profitable accounts
* Interact and work closely with management and colleagues in the local team in France
* Pro-actively maximise and retain the revenue from your clients through marketing activities, increasing online availability, offer set up etc.
* Conduct training and marketing reviews with clients via phone and online meetings (webinar)
* Encouraging clients to participate in campaigns and deals
* Promoting marketing opportunities, up-sell and best practice at all touch points and interactions with clients
* Building and maintaining mutually beneficial and trusting relationships with your portfolio of designated accounts through effective account management
* Identify all upgrade opportunities from you accounts and design a strategy for account retention and growth
* Ensure your call and contact KPI's are reached and reported back to your line manager
* Work to agreed revenue targets, as agreed with your line manager. Identify all opportunities to grow and retain revenue through effective account management
* Maintain regular contact with your clients through agreed outbound calling plans according to a schedule agreed with your line manager, ensuring that all accounts have the appropriate monthly or quarterly contact.
* Effectively use Salesforce and other technology, in order to ensure the company has up to date and accurate information on all accounts and your activities concerning these at all times
* Conversations, Queries, Retention and Loss analysis
* Forecasting opportunities and campaigns for your accounts
* Ensure that all client queries reach a successful, fast and appropriate conclusion
* Providing feedback and relevant reporting for clients and making them aware of timing
* Ensure all client feedback on products, feature requirements and issues are fed back to your line manager in agreed format
Requirements:
* Previous proven experience of managing client relationships (1 year minimum)
* Native level French and fluent English language (essential)
* Proven ability to sell through problem solving and consulting with client.
* Previous successful experience of working to sales / revenue targets
* Previous telephone based account management
* Strong business acumen and ability to forge strong client relationships
* Excellent communication skills, with excellent use of verbal and written English
* Fully computer literate (essential)
* An interest in using new technology to increase performance
* Confident and outgoing person, with strong negotiating skills
* Self-starter with a good work ethic, able to work independently or as part of a team
* Extremely organised with good time management skills Dynamic and proactive
* Strong self-confidence, has a positive outlook and takes responsibility
* Strong desire for success, doing what it takes to achieve sales / revenue goals
* Enjoys offering unrivalled customer service
