Are you a Commercial Facilities Manager with a strong background dealing with multi-tenanted, multi-site commercial office portfolios?



Are you IOSH or NEBOSH Certified or willing to take this on?



Do you have strong leadership and supervisory skills?



If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to work within one of our established clients looking to expand their in-house property management team with a Commercial Facilities Manager.



The role is offering a competitive salary of up to 45K DOE and a host of other benefits including private health, Insurance etc.



As the Commercial Facilities Manager you will work with a number of multi-occupied properties, consisting of central London and West End office buildings, high street retail, industrial and mixed-use properties, both in the London area and Nationwide.



You will be responsible for the preparation of the service charge budgets. You will assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and annual maintenance expenditure. You will also have experience of supervising on-site staff and in the procurement of service contractors to undertake and perform maintenance and contract duties required at the properties under management.
