The job:

We are currently representing our client to recruit an HR Assistant. As an HR Assistant you will be reporting directly into the HR Manager and provide a full range of administrative support. This will include managing the recruitment process, administering the companies training programme and supporting the wider Team.

About you:

You will have a strong background within administration, be a self motivated individual with the ability to use your own initiative. Performing effectively and setting your own high standards, consistently achieving them will be key to this role. Experience within HR is desirable.

You will have:

* Strong experience in administration
* Excellent attention to detail
* Competence in Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel and Outlook
* Knowledge of HR processes is preferable
* A flexible, can-do attitude
* Drive and passion to develop your HR career
