We are for looking for someone who is career driven, money motivated and looking for a good chance of progression to our external salesforce.
This is an ideal role for an ambitious and enthusiastic people person, able to quickly and professionally build rapport, empathise, question and influence people.
You will dictate your sales framework rather than working from a script; we're looking for people who smile over the phone and can lead a conversation to achieve the best for the customer.
Targets will be set; however, your KPIs are focused on quality over quantity, and your overall OTE will be reflected by that.
• Business development – cold calling companies in the local territory to gain new business and adding to our existing accounts
• Account management – Looking after companies who already use the company and its products / services
• Upselling / cross selling – looking for opportunities to encourage further sales from existing clients
• Lead Generation / Appointment Setting
Requirements to succeed
• Outstanding telephone and face to face manner
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Highly motivated to achieve targets
• Sales experience and success in a targeted B2B call centre.
• Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, small company environment where everyone matters.
• Ambition to produce quality over quantity leads
• Competent and with a desire to learn and succeed in consultative selling
• Ability to write succinct, crisp emails
• Working on your own initiative to drive the business forward
Basic salary from £20K to £22K
OTE £ £35K
22 days + Bank holidays
