We are based in Paddock Wood in Kent in purpose-built facility.
This roll is hands-on, based in our Prepping and Packing areas;
The Prepping Role requires the following abilities or willingness to learn;

Raw Meat Preparation.

Raw Meat Marinating and Brining.
Manual handling (loading the smokers).
Blast chilling of meats.
Shredding Smoked meats.
The Packing Roles requires the following abilities or the willingness to learn;
Removal of meats from the chillers
Preparing the Meats for packing.
Hand Cutting.
Machine slicing.
Portion controls / weights controls to customer specifications.
Vacuum packing.
Labeling.
Stock rotation of the products.
Palletized products for dispatch.
Manual Handling.

Candidate;
The ideal candidate will have had experience in a food manufacturing company, or a large production kitchen of two years or more (preferable but not essential as full training will be provided)
A knowledge of HACCP (all training will be provided)
A knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace. (all training will be provided)
We are offering;
Based over 45 hours weeks, Sunday to Thursday with two consecutive days off (Friday and Saturday)
A salary of TBC per.
A working day of 10am to 19.00 with one hour for lunch.
Holiday 28 days per year including Bank Holidays
Uniform (Full PPE) provided.
Full training provided.
