Receptionist / Sales Administration Assistant

Fantastic opportunity to learn and progress within a fast-paced Construction sales office. Working closely with the Commercial Team as a Receptionist, dealing with customer enquiries in person or over the telephone. Providing sales and administration support to the Commercial and Management Team when required.

Job description:

Greeting customers in person and on the telephone

Ordering office supplies

Diary management

Meeting organisation / catering

Market research / Sales support

Updating memberships

Handling and managing complaints system

Adding orders onto the computer systems

Minute taking

Producing reports using the computer systems

Providing cover for absence in the Sales office

Pricing cash sales and processing orders

Requirements: A professional and friendly manner, supporting the Gallagher brand values. Excellent communication and listening skills are a must. Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office/Excel and PowerPoint. Previous Reception/ sales experience is desirable. A confident, motivated and enthusiastic individual willing to work within a team and a desire to grow with the business.

Remuneration: Based on experience.
