Fantastic opportunity to learn and progress within a fast-paced Construction sales office. Working closely with the Commercial Team as a Receptionist, dealing with customer enquiries in person or over the telephone. Providing sales and administration support to the Commercial and Management Team when required.
Greeting customers in person and on the telephone
Ordering office supplies
Meeting organisation / catering
Market research / Sales support
Handling and managing complaints system
Adding orders onto the computer systems
Producing reports using the computer systems
Providing cover for absence in the Sales office
Pricing cash sales and processing orders
Requirements: A professional and friendly manner, supporting the Gallagher brand values. Excellent communication and listening skills are a must. Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office/Excel and PowerPoint. Previous Reception/ sales experience is desirable. A confident, motivated and enthusiastic individual willing to work within a team and a desire to grow with the business.
Remuneration: Based on experience.
